Abstract:

presenting strategies for media addressing the working children in Islamic republic of Iran’s Broadcasting and reaching the weaknesses and responsibilities of IRIB in this field.
 Research Methodology: In this study, the data were collected through interviews with experts, and then the qualitative data obtained from interviews with media experts, social activists and well-being managers were analyzed through thematic analysis.
Findings and Conclusion: After implementing the text of the interviews, by using qualitative research coding software (MAXQDA), we classified the codes and provided tables containing the extracted data. The themes are in seven main categories as follows: The factors Influencing the working children phenomenon, the necessity of addressing the working children issue in IRIB, the responsibilities of IRIB to the working children, the IRIB’s weak points on working children issue ,IRIB’s barriers to enter the issue of working children, the media solutions to address the working children in TV and presenting strategies for media addressing the working children in IRIB.  
According to the findings of this study, the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Broadcasting has many weaknesses in this area, which can be overcome through integration and interaction with other institutions and also by planning. So, in this study, inter-organizational and external barriers have been identified and solutions are presented.
