Abstract:

In our country, several organizations play role in the field of visual media, such as TV channels or cinemas filmmakers, and a lot of energy and capital spent each year. But the complexity and dynamics of the environment as well as multi-dimensional nature of social and cultural issues and the inadequacy of the ability of an organization in addressing these issues make it difficult for organizations. In addition to the various reasons, as one of the possible reasons for the lack of effectiveness of the media, it can be noted that media organizations not appropriately use the opportunities of cooperation and synergy between themselves against the complexity and diversity. Therefore, in this study, with a focus on Children’s television channel, it has been tried to design a desire inter- organization cooperation network be for this media organization.
The method used in this study in terms of data collection and the method of analysis is mixed, in terms of purpose of the research is Applied, and the strategy of research is case study. Meanwhile, in the qualitative section has been used semi-structured interview and in the quantitative one used questionnaire for collect data.
The findings of this research about the organization under study in the qualitative section represents the main process of this organization in the form of pre-production / production / post-production and on 39 episodes, its partner agencies at each stage of aforesaid process includes 160 organizations in 60 groups, collaboration aims and opportunities of this organization with partnership organizations in each stage of the process, in the form of 2 Strategic goals, 13 fundamental goals and 72 sectional goals, Tthe kinds of forms of cooperation for partner organizations include 22 forms. In the quantitative section, partner organizations have been prioritized and proposed form for cooperation with them defined.
