It is affiliated to I.R.I.B and also has campuses in Qom and Dubai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>History<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The first name of the institution was the&nbsp;<em>Technical Training Center<\/em>, which was later changed to&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/IRIB\">IRIB<\/a>&nbsp;University<\/em>. In 1982 diploma&#8217;s in production were promoted to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bachelor%27s_degree\">bachelor&#8217;s degrees<\/a>&nbsp;and in 1995 and 1996 degree&#8217;s in technical engineering and film production were added. In 1997 a communications degree was created to join together academic disciplines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IRIB also established a broadcasting school in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Qom\">Qom<\/a>&nbsp;in 1997 which teaches up to degree level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Faculties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Faculty of&nbsp;<a
